By accessing or using LifeLine – Blood Emergency Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. LifeLine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

2. Service Description

LifeLine is an emergency blood coordination platform that connects blood donors with patients in need. We facilitate communication between parties but do not directly provide medical services, blood products, or healthcare. All blood donations and transfusions must comply with applicable medical guidelines and regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Blood donors must ensure they are medically eligible to donate. Users posting emergency requests must ensure the information is genuine. Misuse of the platform for fraudulent requests is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Medical Disclaimer

LifeLine is not a medical service provider. All blood donation activities must be supervised by qualified healthcare professionals. We do not guarantee the availability of donors or blood supplies. In medical emergencies, always contact emergency services (108) first.

5. Privacy & Data

We collect personal information necessary to operate the service including name, email, phone, city, state, and blood group. This data is used solely for matching donors with patients and improving our service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Account Termination

LifeLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent information, or engage in any activity harmful to other users or the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

LifeLine shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service. We are a coordination platform and cannot guarantee outcomes of blood donation or medical procedures.
